We want you to be fully satisfied with your KINTO purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items showing signs of use or missing original tags and boxes cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the unused products in their original KINTO packaging and shipping box to ensure they arrive at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
